This table shows where how many persons born in which generation. Generation #1 are Jochim Laage and his 5 siblings.

The general rule of a little less than 30 years between generations can be seen confirmed by this table. The last birth in a generation in average happend 40 years after the last birth in the preceeding generation. Thus the time range of generations widens up from generation to generation by ten years.

My generation (the 8^th) started in 1900 and had the youngest child was given birth in 1990. The 9^th generation (my children's) started 1928 and probably will end around 2030!
